Our Factory
The company is located in Wenzhen Town Industrial Park, Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 32 acres. The factory building area is 30,000 square meters, and the office complex is 2,000 square meters. The company has a total of 300 employees, including 10 technical research and development personnel, and 30 middle and senior management personnel.
Based on the principle of "customer first, quality first", the company has established and improved a strict quality standard inspection system. The clutch testing equipment includes: driven disc assembly drag and separation testing machine, driven disc assembly torsion characteristic testing machine, Dynamic separation durability test machine for cover assembly.
The company has advanced refined mold equipment and production lines, diaphragm rod press quenching production line, multi-purpose furnace heat treatment line, the company has a stamping workshop, clutch assembly workshop, clutch cover assembly workshop, heat treatment workshop, finishing workshop, mold manufacturing workshop, the company passed ISO/TS16949: 2009 automotive industry quality management system certification, adopting a scientific quality management system and producing the best quality products to compete in the market.
